Policies and Procedures

You will be charged a deposit when the reservation is made.  This deposit is non-refundable.

The balance will be charged at the time the service is performed.

In order to retain our talent and experience, we require a valid credit card on file. This is to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Your card number is stored in an encrypted, HIPAA compliant manner.  
If you do not attend or you cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours  before your appointment, the full-service fee will be charged to your account.   If you have purchased a series ( package treatments)  the treatment will be deducted

We love children; however, in order to provide a safe and comfortable  spa experience for all of our guests, children are not allowed in the  the treatment room while services or being performed.treatment plan.

If you have a cold, fever, the flu, or are presently taking antibiotics  to treat symptoms of any type of illness, we kindly ask you to  reschedule your appointment to a later date. A Healthy You will not only ensure that your treatment is effective, but that you receive a truly relaxing experience.

All of our treatment regimens are professional and you are under no obligation to follow them.

Although we strive for the best possible  results with all of our treatments, the efficacy may vary among  individuals.
