Cancellations
In order to retain our talented and experienced Re’juva Skinn Spa, requires a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your card number will be kept in encrypted file that is HIPAA safe.
If you do not attend or you cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full-service fee will be charged to your account unless . If you have purchased a series ( package treatments) the treatment will be deducted from your package. If we are able to fill your appointment time you will not be charged.
“Spa Etiquette”
We love children …however, in order to provide a safe and comfortable spa experience for all of our guests, children are not allowed in the the treatment room while services or being performed.
“Healthy Youâ€
If you have a cold, fever, the flu, or are presently taking antibiotics to treat symptoms of any type of illness, we kindly ask you to re-schedule your appointment to a later date. A “Healthy You†will not only ensure that your treatment is effective, but that you receive a truly relaxing experience at your visit.Confidentiality
All clients of Re’juva Skinn may be assured of complete confidentiality in regards to all aspects of their care.
Payments
Payment is required in full at the time of service. We gladly accept payment in the form of cash, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).Deposits made to hold an appointment reservation for any service are non-refundable.
